Vinayak Engineering

Our shop, Vinayak Engineering, is located right near the hospital in Mahendranagar, specifically at Maliya Phatak. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We do a lot of general engineering tasks here for whoever walks through the door. The shop is usually open early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. You’ll hear the constant sound of welding or grinding if you walk by our gate. It’s a bit messy, to be honest with you. We have tools scattered on the workbenches and piles of metal scraps in the side yard. But despite the mess, we know exactly where every single wrench and bolt is. Being near the hospital means there’s always people and ambulances moving around, and the traffic at the Phatak can be a real mess during peak hours. We don’t have a fancy office with a receptionist or air conditioning. We just have a small, cluttered desk in the corner where we keep the receipts and the old phone. Most of our customers are local farmers or small factory owners who need something fixed or a part fabricated quickly. We don't use a lot of technical jargon or try to sound smarter than we are. We just look at the problem and try to find a solution that works and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. The guys here have been doing this for a long time. We have some grease under our fingernails and we drink a lot of tea. It’s just a regular shop.
