Shiva Engineers

Shiva Engineers is set up at Plot No-147 in the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate over in Rafaleshwar. It’s a typical industrial plot with plenty of room for our equipment and materials. Working in an estate like this means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there is always a lot of activity and the sound of machines running. Our team is mostly made up of people who know their way around tools and engineering tasks. We don't spend much time in front of computers; we’re usually out on the floor getting things done. The office part is just a small corner where we keep the ledger and the phone. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it’s where the work happens. We take on various engineering jobs as they come in. Some days are spent fixing old parts, and other days we’re working on something completely new. We don’t have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. It’s a practical environment. We’ve been at this location for a while, and we know the other business owners in the area. It’s a community of makers and fixers. We don't make big promises, we just look at the work and see what can be done. It’s a straightforward life here at Plot 147. We start early, work hard, and head home when the job for the day is finished and the machines are off.
