Spm Engineering Works

Spm Engineering Works is situated at 14, Lati Plot, right on the Main Raod. It’s a convenient spot, though the noise from the road can be a bit much sometimes. We’ve got a variety of lathes and drills crammed into the space we have. It’s a bit tight, but we make it work. Most of the time, the floor is covered in metal shavings. We do a lot of repair work and custom parts for local businesses around here. People just drop by with a broken piece and ask if we can fix it or make a new one. We don’t have a website or any of that fancy stuff. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. The guys working here have a lot of experience, and they don't need much supervision. We just get the drawings and start cutting. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought it would, especially if the material is tough or the machine acts up. We just keep going until it's done. It’s a simple life. We open up early, drink some tea, and get to work. By the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired and covered in grime. That’s how you know a real day’s work happened. We don't have a big office or a place for customers to sit and wait. They usually just stand near the entrance and chat with us while we look at their project. It gets dusty, but it’s a living.
