You can find Resiva Exim Pvt. Ltd. at Shop No. 8 in the Shanti Complex. It’s a modest little place, and honestly, we like it that way. We aren't tucked away in some glass tower; we are right here on the ground where everything happens. The complex has a lot of different shops, so there is always people coming and going. Inside our office, things are usually a bit of a mess with papers and catalogs, but that’s just how we work. We handle export and import tasks all day long. My team and I spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone, trying to figure out where a container is or why a price changed. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we have to stay late to talk to people in different time zones. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the wall. We just come in, drink our tea, and get to work. Most of our day is spent dealing with the small details that other people might find boring. We check numbers, verify addresses, and make sure the logistics side of things is moving along. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us arguing over a shipping route or laughing about something that happened on the way to work. It’s just us, doing our thing in this little corner of the building, making sure we stay on top of the orders and the paperwork.
