J. K. Machine Tools

J. K. Machine Tools is right off Gandhi Chowk on Street Number 1. It’s a very central spot, so we see a lot of foot traffic. Our shop is filled with all sorts of tools and machine parts. If you walk in, you’ll see shelves reaching up to the ceiling with things we’ve collected and sold over the years. We handle a lot of metalworking tools, lathes, and things like that. Most of the time, it’s just us talking to mechanics or workshop owners who need a specific bit or a replacement part. It can get pretty cramped in here when we have a new shipment arrive. We have to move things around just to find a place to stand. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Gandhi Chowk is always loud with horns and people shouting, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve been in this street for a long time. Some days are just about cleaning the machines and making sure nothing is rusting. Other days we don't have time to sit down because people keep coming in with questions. We don’t do much advertising; most people just know we are here because they’ve been coming to us for years. It’s a simple business. We buy tools, we sell them, and we try to help people find what they need for their own workshops. It’s been our life for a long time now.
