Alient Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. is out on Jetpar Road in the Rangpar area. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where we have our factory and all the space we need for the kilns. The road is often dusty because of all the heavy trucks that pass through this part of Rangpar every day. We have a solid group of people working here who really know their way around ceramics. We don't spend much time sitting in an office; most of the real work happens out on the factory floor where it gets quite hot. We make different ceramic products based on the orders we get, and it involves a lot of lifting and moving crates around. We don't have anyone to do marketing for us or a fancy website. We just focus on making the batches and getting them loaded up correctly. Sometimes a machine will break down or we have a power cut, and we just have to figure it out and get back to the schedule. It is a straightforward way of living and working here on Jetpar Road. We know the other business owners nearby and we just stick to our own routine. We keep our heads down and try to get the production finished every day without making any big fuss about it. It’s just how we have always done things.
