A-JAK TILES is located out on National Highway No 8-A. If you’re driving down toward Bhadiyad, you’ll see us on the Lalpar Main Road. A good way to find the place is to look for the Honest Hotel, as we are quite near there. The highway is always humming with the sound of big trucks and trailers passing through. It’s a gritty part of the area, but that’s where the business happens. We deal in tiles, which is pretty common for this part of the country near Morbi, but we just focus on doing our own thing. The shop isn't anything elaborate, just a place to store and show the tiles we have. Sometimes the wind picks up a lot of dust from the road, so we spend a fair bit of time just cleaning off the displays so people can actually see the patterns clearly. We don't have a big team of salesmen or anything. It's usually just a couple of us around to help load things up or show where the different styles are kept. People stop in on their way through the district, often because they saw the sign from the main road. It can get hot in the summer out here on the highway, but the fans keep the office decent enough. We just sell tiles and try to keep things straightforward for everyone who walks into the shop.
