Span Taders

Span Taders is situated at 191, Peetal Basti, which everyone also calls Peetal Nagri. As the name suggests, this whole area is full of people working with brass and other metals. You can hear the sound of hammers hitting metal from pretty much every corner of the street. Our place at 191 is just one of many, but we’ve been here long enough to feel like part of the furniture. We deal with various items and traders coming through the district. It’s a busy, dusty place and there is always someone loading or unloading a truck nearby. We don't have a glossy catalog or a fancy website. Most of our business is done face-to-face right here in the Basti. We sit on old wooden chairs and talk about prices and what’s available. It’s the old way of doing things, but it works for us. The tea guy comes around a few times a day, and that’s when we take our breaks. Peetal Nagri has a specific rhythm to it, and we just follow along. We aren't looking to change the world or grow into a massive company. We just want to keep trading and making a living in the same spot where our friends are. If you come looking for us, just ask for 191; someone will point you the right way in this busy neighborhood.
