Shree Laxmi Metal Wares

Our shop, Shree Laxmi Metal Wares, is located on Attai Street, right near Mandi Chowk. We are actually quite close to the State Bank of India, which is handy because people are always coming and going from there. The street is usually quite busy with carts and bikes. We have been selling metal items here for a long time. It is a noisy area, but we are used to it by now. The shop is filled with all kinds of metal goods, from small items to larger pieces. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the inventory inside out. We spend most of our day moving things around or helping customers who are looking for something specific for their homes. Mandi Chowk is a lively place to be, and there is never a dull moment. We don't really do anything fancy to get customers. People just know we are here on Attai Street. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when the shop is quiet and just watch the traffic go by. It is a straightforward business. We buy what we need and sell it to the locals. There are no corporate rules here. We just try to be honest and do our work as best as we can. It’s a local place for local people. Most days we are here from nine until the evening market closes up for the day.
