Om Sai Exports

If you are looking for us, we are in Ward No. 49, over in Mauja Bhadaura at the Chitra Gupt Housing Society in Shivpuri. It is a bit unusual for an export business to be in a housing society, but it works for us at Om Sai Exports. The atmosphere is much quieter than a typical industrial area. We have a ground-floor unit that we have converted into an office and a small packing area. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down when the trucks come by. It is a very local feel here. We know the milkman and the newspaper guy by name. Inside, we have got shelves lining the walls filled with all the different products we handle. There is a small desk where the billing is done and a larger table in the center for inspecting goods. The summer heat in Shivpuri is no joke, so we have two big coolers running all day long. We don't have a professional cleaning crew; we just take turns sweeping the floor ourselves. It is a very hands-on operation. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we have to be patient with the emails. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy slogans. We just want to do our work properly and make sure the shipments get to where they are going. It is a quiet life here in the society, but we stay busy.
