Galaxy Exports

If you ever find yourself in Budh Bazar, you’ve probably walked right past us without even realizing it. Galaxy Exports is located in Manpur, specifically in the Jaggan Ka Bagh area. We are very close to the Bario Wali Masjid. You can hear the call to prayer throughout the day, which gives our workspace a nice, steady rhythm. It’s a crowded neighborhood, which is very typical for this part of the city. The streets are narrow and there are always people moving about with carts. We handle a lot of different items here for the export market. It’s a lot of manual work, moving heavy crates and double-checking the labels. Sometimes the heat in the market gets a bit overwhelming, but that’s just part of the job. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Most of the people working here are from the nearby streets. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy speeches to give. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. There is a lot of tea drinking and talking while we pack things up. The bazaar is always noisy, so we’ve learned to talk over the traffic and the street vendors. Dealing with logistics from such a busy spot has its challenges, but we know all the local shortcuts. It's a simple operation really. We focus on the stuff in front of us and making sure the daily haul is ready for the loaders.
