In Moradabad, if you head down Gmd Road to Kumar Kunj, you will find our college. Sahu Ramesh Kumar Girls Inter College has been part of this town for quite a while. Moradabad is known for its brass, but on Gmd Road, it’s mostly just the local shops and houses. The college is an inter college for girls, so we have students from all over the 244001 area. The building at Kumar Kunj is a bit older, with high ceilings and wide hallways that stay relatively cool even when the Uttar Pradesh heat is at its worst. It’s a busy place. From the moment the doors open, there is the sound of students talking and teachers calling out instructions. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment or modern designs. It’s a traditional setup where the focus is on the classroom. Being on Gmd Road means we are easy to get to, but it also means there is plenty of noise from the street outside. Rickshaws and bikes are always passing by. We spend our days managing the classes and keeping the campus running. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the intermediate curriculum. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We are just a local girls' college in a busy part of Moradabad, providing a place for students to come and learn every day without any extra frills or complicated procedures.
