S. S. Overseas

You can find us at A-109/A in Ram Ganga Vihar, right across from the sports stadium in Sonakpur. It’s a landmark that makes it easy for people to find S. S. Overseas. We often hear the noise from the stadium when there’s a match or practice going on, which adds a bit of energy to the day. Our office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and samples tucked away in every corner. We’ve thought about moving to a bigger place, but we like it here. It feels like home now. The team is small, just a handful of us who know the business inside out. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people on the phone. It’s not the most exciting work to describe, but it’s what we do. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Instead, we have a few photos of our families and some old calendars. We try to be helpful when people call with questions, even if we can’t always provide exactly what they want. Honesty is important to us, so we just tell it like it is. Some days are a bit slow and we spend more time drinking tea than we should, but when it’s busy, we really move. It’s a good balance. Just a local business in a familiar neighborhood. We just hope to keep doing this for a while.
