Royal Crown Impex

You can find Royal Crown Impex over in Mohalla Chakdi, in the Ajmeri Wale Saraidree area. It’s an old part of town with a lot of character and history. Our building is tucked away in the narrow streets there. We do a lot of importing and exporting, which means there are always boxes and crates stacked up everywhere you look. It’s not a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a warehouse and a small office squeezed together into one space. We deal with people from all over, but we are very much a local business at heart. Most of the people working here live just a few streets away in the same neighborhood. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. Most of our business comes from long-time contacts and word of mouth from people we know. The office can get a bit hot in the summer because the old building doesn't have great airflow. We just turn on the big fans and keep going. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the paperwork for the day. There is always a lot of paperwork when you’re dealing with international shipping. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the crates, but we have our own system. We don’t try to act like we’re some huge international firm. We’re just a small team in Saraidree trying to get things moved from one place to another. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists all day long.
