Palak Exports

Mansarovar Colony is usually a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which is something we actually like about being at Z-11. Palak Exports operates out of this building, and it feels more like a workshop than a big factory. We’ve got a small gate out front and a bit of a driveway where the trucks pull in to load up. Inside, the space is divided into different sections for sorting and packing. It’s not a high-tech facility, just a place with sturdy tables and plenty of packing tape. We do a lot of the work ourselves, so you’ll often see us with markers in hand, labeling boxes for different destinations. The air in the colony is a bit fresher, and there’s less of that city rush, though we still have to move fast to hit our deadlines. We’ve got a few old desks where we keep track of the shipping logs and the inventory lists. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play cricket in the street outside, and we have to tell them to move when a van needs to get through. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a PR person. It’s just us, the goods we export, and the daily grind of making sure everything gets to where it’s supposed to go without any issues. The tea break at four is something we rarely miss.
