Metal Handicrafts Service Centre

You can find the Metal Handicrafts Service Centre over in Peetal Nagri, right on Rampur Road. This area is famous for all kinds of metalwork, so we fit right in with the rest of the busy shops. Our place isn't very big, and it’s usually quite dusty from all the grinding and polishing we do every day. We’ve been at this for a long time. My uncle actually started this place before I took over the management. We mostly handle repairs and finishing for various brass and copper items that people bring in. It’s hard work on the hands, and by the end of the shift, we’re all pretty tired and dirty. The traffic on Rampur Road is always a total mess, especially in the mornings. We usually try to get here early before the worst of it starts. Inside the shop, it’s a bit dark, but we have some good lamps over the workbenches so we can see what we are doing. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one that's a bit faded from the sun. We aren't interested in being the most famous shop in town. We just want to do a decent job for the people who trust us with their things. Sometimes we get some really old pieces that take a lot of patience to fix. It’s satisfying when they finally look right again. We just take one day at a time here.
