Gurunanak Industries

Our place is out in Paipura Village, which is in the Bilaspur Tehsil part of Rampur. We are located right near the Gurudwara, so it’s easy for people to find us if they’re passing through. Gurunanak Industries has been here for some time now. We do a lot of different things, mostly industrial work. It's quiet in the village until the machines start up in the morning. Being in U.P., the summers get really hot, but we stay busy. We have a small crew of workers who live nearby. We don't have a big office or anything like that. Just the main work floor and some storage space. Most of our day is spent fixing things or loading up trucks. We know the neighbors well since it’s a small area. Sometimes we sit outside near the gate when the power is off. It's not a complicated business. We take the work as it comes. We’ve had some rough patches, like when the roads get muddy during the rain, but we manage. You can hear the sounds from the Gurudwara nearby while we work, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep the machines running and the orders moving. It’s a simple life out here in Rampur. People know us by name, and that’s enough for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day.
