Bharat Electroplaters & Exporters

Our shop is located right on Jama Masjid Road, directly across from the Mission Hospital. It is a very busy area with constant movement because of the hospital visitors and all the other small shops nearby. We do electroplating here, which basically means we spend most of our time working with tanks and various chemicals to get a good finish on metal parts. It is quite messy work, and usually our clothes and hands are a bit stained by the time we finish for the day. After the plating is done, we also handle the exporting side of the business. We get all the finished items ready for customers who are located far away from here. The building itself is pretty old, and the roof has a habit of leaking a little bit when the rain gets really heavy, but we have learned how to work around those spots. We have been in this location since the middle of the nineties. Most of the guys working in the back have been with us for a lot of years, so we all know the routine without having to talk about it much. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area for people. You just walk through the front door and you are right there where the actual work is happening. It stays pretty loud because of the machines and the noise from the street, but we don't really mind.
