Agarawal International is located right on Chauraha Gali. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy, narrow street where there is always something happening. Our space is tucked away in this old part of the city, and we’ve made it our home. Because we deal with international trade, our office is usually a mess of shipping documents and customs forms. It’s not a polished environment. We have old desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to track down shipments or talking to vendors in different time zones. The noise from the street is always there in the background, but we’ve learned to ignore it. We don't have a big staff, so we all have to know a bit about everything. Sometimes shipments are late because of things we can't control, and we just have to explain that to people. It’s a practical business without any frills. We aren't trying to look like a giant multinational corporation. We are just a small team in a crowded alley doing our best to move goods around. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see us working at our computers or talking on the phone. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but it’s how we operate here. We focus on the logistics and the paperwork, making sure things get where they need to go.
