Mohali is a busy place these days, but Padmavati Nagar Society is a little more tucked away. You can find us at SCF-69. Toxsl Technologies Pvt Ltd isn’t one of those glass towers you see in the tech parks. We are in a more traditional building. Inside, it’s mostly just open space with rows of computers. We do software work, which means a lot of silence followed by someone complaining about a bug they can’t find. We have a small area where we keep the snacks, though the good stuff usually disappears by Tuesday. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the neighborhood life going by while we type. We aren't into the whole 'startup culture' thing with beanbags or ping-pong tables. We just have chairs that are hopefully good for our backs. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute and we all have to wait for the backup to kick in. It’s just part of being here. We deal with clients from all over, but we feel like a local shop. Our desks are covered in sticky notes and random charging cables. We don't have a dress code, so you'll usually see us in jeans and t-shirts. It’s a practical environment for people who just want to build things. We’ve been at SCF-69 for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the society around us.
