Our office is located at C-110, on the first floor in Phase VII of Mohali. It’s a pretty well-known part of town if you’re in the tech industry here. Solitaire Infosys has been operating out of this Punjab location for quite a bit. We do a lot of different things related to information systems and software. The office is usually buzzing with people on headsets or everyone huddled around a monitor. It’s not a fancy place with marble floors, just a regular workplace where we get things done. We have a mix of younger staff and some who have been with us since the beginning. On some days, it’s very quiet and everyone is focused, but other times it’s quite loud with meetings. We don't really have a big corporate handbook. We just expect people to do their jobs and help each other out when things get complicated. Mohali is a good place for a business like ours because there are plenty of other tech folks around to talk to. We don't spend a lot of time on "about us" pages or trying to look bigger than we are. We just take the work as it comes and try to make sure we don't miss any deadlines. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but we’re used to them by now. It’s a decent place to spend the day and the tea nearby is good.
