Supportstorm It Solutions (Opc) Private Limited is based out of Phase 2 in S.A.S. Nagar. Our office is at house number 26, which is an S.C.F. property under the care of Narender Singh Kohli. Working out of an S.C.F. means we have that classic mix of shop and office space that is so common in this region. It’s a functional place, not built for showing off but for getting work done. Phase 2 is a busy area, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We’ve set up our workspace inside to be as efficient as possible, though it can get a bit crowded with all the equipment and papers lying around. We don’t spend much time worrying about whether the office looks perfect; as long as the internet is working and the computers are running, we are good to go. The daily routine is pretty standard—show up, check the messages, and start working through the support tasks. Since it’s an OPC, there’s a real personal feel to how things are managed. We aren't a giant faceless entity; we are just people working in a local office in Mohali. People in the area know the building, and it’s a convenient spot for us to operate from. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay productive throughout the day without overcomplicating things. The coffee isn't great, but it keeps us going during the long afternoons.
