Our place is down in Sector 73, right in the heart of the Industrial Area. We are in Phase VII, specifically at plot A-30. It’s a typical industrial spot with a lot of other factories and sheds around us. Sigma Vibracoustic India Pvt Ltd has been here quite a while. We handle things related to vibrations and car parts, mostly rubber and metal stuff that stops cars from shaking too much when they are on the road. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is in an industrial zone like this. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been with us since the start and some newer faces. We don't spend much time on fancy office decorations because we’re usually too busy with the production schedules and keeping the machines running. The building itself is a standard industrial structure. Nothing special to look at, but it works for what we do. Getting here can be a bit of a trek depending on which way you're coming from, but once you find Phase VII, we aren't hard to locate. We just keep our heads down and focus on the manufacturing. It’s about making sure the parts we send out are solid and do what they’re supposed to do. No one here is looking for an award; we just want to get the orders filled and loaded onto the trucks.
