Shubham Network Solutions

Our office is on the second floor of Kothi Number 215 in Phase-7. It’s actually a residential-looking building, so some people get confused when they first try to find us. You have to walk up the stairs, and it’s just us and our computers up there. Shubham Network Solutions is basically a small group of us who enjoy fixing technical stuff. We deal with routers, cables, and setting up systems for local businesses. It’s not a shiny tech hub. Usually, the desks are covered in tangled wires and half-opened hardware boxes. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at client sites, so the office is often quiet during the day. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you knock, one of us will eventually come to the door, probably with a screwdriver in hand. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure people's internet stays on and their servers don't crash. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. We talk to our customers in plain English because nobody likes technical jargon. It’s just a regular job for us. We like the neighborhood in Phase-7 because it's easy to get to, and there are good food spots nearby for lunch. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do.
