Shawnee It Solutions Private Limited has its office in Mohali. We are based at F-539 on the 4th floor of the Industrial Area Phase 8-B. It’s a pretty standard office building for this part of Punjab. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the other buildings in Phase 8-B, but mostly it’s just more IT offices and factories. The elevator is usually working, but it’s small, so we often end up waiting. Inside, our space is filled with the usual stuff you’d expect for an IT solutions company. There are rows of desks, a lot of monitors, and some old whiteboards that never quite get wiped clean. We don't spend a lot of time making the place look like a magazine cover. We are more concerned with the software we are building or the systems we are fixing for our clients. The air conditioning is a bit loud, but we need it during the summer months here. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat at our desks while we finish up tasks. We don't have any big corporate meetings or speeches. We just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. It is a very direct and simple way of working. We’ve been here in Muktsar-160071 for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial area. It is a solid place to get work done without any distractions or unnecessary fluff.
