You can find our office at 940 on the first floor in Phase 7 of Mohali. It’s a busy part of town and we spend most of our time looking at stacks of folders and passport copies. We help students who are trying to figure out how to get their visas sorted for studying abroad. It’s not an easy process because the rules seem to change every other week. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking for updates from the embassies. People come in looking pretty stressed about their deadlines, so we sit down with them and go through their documents one by one. Our office isn't anything special, just some desks, chairs, and a printer that runs almost all day. We have a small tea break in the afternoon when things quiet down a bit. It’s a lot of responsibility because these kids are planning their whole futures. We just try to keep everything organized so nothing gets missed in the pile of paperwork. Most of our visitors come from around Punjab and they often bring their parents along to ask questions. We explain the steps in simple words so everyone understands what needs to happen next. It’s just us working through the files and hoping for good news for everyone who walks through our door. We've been in Mohali for a while now and we know the area well. The building is easy to spot.
