District Health Society

We are the District Health Society and we work out of Mohali in Punjab. Our office is located at House No 69, on the first floor. We are in Phase 6, which is a well-established part of the city. Being in a converted house makes the work environment feel a bit more relaxed than a typical clinical setting. We handle various health-related programs and coordination for the district from this floor. Phase 6 is a nice area with plenty of houses and some local shops nearby. We’ve been here for some time now, and the neighbors are used to seeing people coming and going for health meetings. The stairs to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. Inside, we have desks set up for the staff and cabinets full of health records and outreach materials. It’s a busy place during the week. We try to keep things organized, but with so many health initiatives going on, there’s usually a lot of paper moving around. Mohali is a clean and planned city, so the surroundings are quite pleasant. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one near the bell so people know they have the right house. It’s just us doing our part to manage the local health services. Most of the staff are local people who know the area well. It’s a practical, no-nonsense office for the work we do every day.
