M- Tech

Over in Mohali Phase 10, at SCF 48, you can find our small setup at M- Tech. This area has a nice feel to it, being a bit more open than some of the older parts of the city. We have a small shop that focuses on various technical gadgets and repairs. Most of our days are spent hunched over a workbench with a soldering iron or a screwdriver in hand. It is quiet work for the most part, except for when the phone rings or someone walks in with a laptop that won't turn on. The shelves are filled with spare parts, old monitors, and a few things we haven't quite figured out how to fix yet. We don't have a big team or a fancy showroom. It is just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. The light in the shop isn't great, so we use a lot of desk lamps to see what we are doing. We've been at SCF 48 for some time now, and we've seen Phase 10 grow up around us. There are more food stalls and shops now than there used to be. We don't spend money on commercials or flyers. Word of mouth is usually how people find their way to our door. We just try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is a lost cause. It is a small business, and we are happy to keep it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
