We've been over here in Phase 7 for a while now. The office is in the industrial area, right near PTU. It gets pretty busy around here during the day with all the trucks and people moving about. We handle design and development work mostly. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and figuring out technical stuff. People usually find us by looking for the C102A spot. The space isn't fancy, just a regular workplace where we get through the daily tasks. Sometimes the traffic on the way in is a bit much, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to focus. We have a small team here. Most of the time we are just looking at drawings or working through project steps. It’s straightforward work. If you are coming from the main road, just keep an eye out for the industrial signs. We aren't hard to spot once you get into the right lane. We do our own thing and keep the projects moving along. It’s what we know. The neighborhood is full of other businesses too, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We like being in Mohali because everything is accessible. There isn’t much to tell other than we show up every morning and put the hours in. It's a practical setup for the kind of building and designing we do. We just keep our heads down and get the job done day by day. It works for us.
