We don’t have a lobby or a security guard at a desk. You just walk up and knock. Inside, we have turned the rooms into workspaces. It’s full of wires, monitors, and half-empty tea mugs. We spend our hours working on various tech tasks. It’s a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don’t have those formal meetings that last for hours. We just talk across the room if something needs fixing. The area is nice because it’s close to everything, but far enough from the main roads to stay quiet. We have a small courtyard where we sometimes sit for a few minutes to get some sun in the winter. The summer is a different story; we just stay inside with the fans and coolers on full blast.
