It Care

It Care is based out of Shop No 3 in Deshamesh Enclave, right across from the Veark Booth in Dhakoli. It's a small shop where we handle a lot of computer problems. Most of the day is spent looking at cracked screens, slow laptops, or people who have lost their data. We aren't a big service center with fancy uniforms or a waiting room; it's just a counter and some workbenches in the back. People from all over Dhakoli bring their machines here when things stop working. Sometimes it’s a quick fix like a loose cable, and other times we have to keep the computer for a few days to find the right part. We try to be honest about the costs because nobody likes a surprise bill. It can get pretty dusty in here with all the fans and hardware, but we keep it moving. I started this because I liked taking things apart to see how they worked, and now I do it for the whole neighborhood. It’s a lot of sitting and staring at code or small screws, but it’s satisfying when a machine finally boots up again. We don't do much advertising; mostly it's just people stopping by because they saw our sign near the Veark Booth. We keep it simple and just try to get people back online as fast as we can. It’s not always easy but we enjoy the challenge of a broken laptop.
