Grosoft Solutions

You’ll find Grosoft Solutions in the C-Wing over in Wadala East, Mohali. It’s a busy building with a lot of other businesses, so there’s always people coming and going. We’ve been in this particular spot for a couple of years now. Our space isn't huge, but it fits our computers and the small table where we eat lunch. We focus on software solutions, which mostly means we spend our days staring at monitors and trying to find bugs in the code. It’s not the kind of thing you can explain easily at a party, but it keeps us busy. The air conditioning in C-Wing can be a bit moody, so we sometimes have fans going in the summer. We’re a pretty quiet bunch for the most part, though we do have some good arguments about which programming language is better. There’s no fancy lobby or a person sitting at a front desk to greet you. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. We like the Wadala East area because there are plenty of food stalls nearby for a quick bite. We don't have a big HR department or complicated rules. We just show up, do the tasks assigned to us, and try to get home at a reasonable hour. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’ve got a good rhythm going now.
