Our office for Exel India Pvt Ltd is at HE 1097 in Phase One of Mohali. The pin code is 160 055. Mohali is a growing area, but Phase One feels a bit more established. Our building is easy to find if you know the house numbers around here. It’s not a huge skyscraper or anything, just a solid building where we come to work every day. We do a lot of different things here, mostly administrative and operational stuff. There’s a lot of checking lists and making sure things are where they should be. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work that needs doing. The office is usually a bit chilly in the winter and we have to use heaters. We’ve got a small break area where we eat lunch. It’s a basic setup but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our jobs right. We’ve been in Mohali for a good stretch of time now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting at our desks. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that on the walls. It’s just a group of people working together in a regular office. We keep things simple and try to stay productive. That is how we operate every day.
