We are based on the second floor of building 1331 in Sector 80, Mohali. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a climb every morning, but it’s good exercise. Click Computers is a straightforward operation. We have been dealing with computers for a long time now. The office is filled with parts, screens, and towers that we are either fixing or setting up. It can look a bit messy to someone walking in for the first time, but there is a logic to where everything is placed. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workshop where we spend our hours. Sector 80 is a nice part of Mohali, and it’s relatively easy for people to find us. We mostly spend our time troubleshooting and helping people with their hardware and software needs. We don't use scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what is wrong and how we can try to fix it. Sometimes things can't be fixed, and we are honest about that too. There is no point in dragging things out. We have a small kettle for making coffee and we take turns bringing in snacks. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, even when we have a lot of work piled up. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure your computer works so you can get back to what you were doing.
