Chicmic Technologies is located at F 273 in Phase 8-B, right in the heart of the Industrial Focal Point. It’s a big area with a lot of other businesses around us. We have a functional space where we do all our tech work. It isn't a place with marble floors or expensive art on the walls. We have rows of desks and a lot of computers. The air conditioner hums in the background most of the day. We focus on developing things and making sure they work like they are supposed to. Sometimes we run into bugs that take a whole day to fix, and that can be frustrating. But we just keep at it. The people who work here are mostly from around the local area. We know each other well and don't bother with formalities. If someone has an idea, they just say it. We don't have long meetings that go nowhere. We prefer to just get on with the coding and testing. Phase 8-B is a good place to be because everything we need is close by. There are plenty of places to grab a quick meal when we don't feel like bringing lunch. We’ve grown a bit over time, but we still feel like a small shop. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don't promise things we can't do. We just work on what’s in front of us.
