Chawla Cements & Building Materials

We have been running Chawla Cements & Building Materials from our spot at Plot No-26 for a good bit of time now. The Bulk Material Market here in Phase 11 can get pretty hectic, especially in the mornings when the lorries start arriving with new supplies. Most people find us easily because we are right in Sector 65 A and just a short walk from Bawa White House. It is a noisy area with all the construction talk, but that is just how it is in this line of work. We keep stacks of cement bags and various other things people need for their houses. The yard is usually covered in some dust, and we spend a lot of our day just moving heavy stuff around or talking to the drivers who come in from the main roads. It is a simple setup we have. We don’t have a big office or anything, just the space needed to keep the materials dry and ready. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when it rains and we have to cover everything up fast, but we manage. People around here know the location well. Usually, someone is always at the desk or out back checking the stock. We don’t go for anything fancy, just the basics that a builder or a local guy doing repairs might be looking for. It’s a lot of work, but we like being part of the Sector 65 A community.
