We operate out of No-204 in the Tdi Flats over here in Phase 4 of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit different than being in a big commercial market. We’re right by Madanpur Chowk, which stays busy with people commuting to work or heading into Sector 59. Our place is actually inside the flats, so sometimes people have to look twice to find the right door. We deal with trading all sorts of stuff, and our days are usually filled with phone calls and checking on deliveries. It’s not a big office with a lot of people; it’s more of a practical workspace where we get things done. The neighborhood is mostly quiet during the day when everyone is at their jobs. We like being in this part of Mohali because it’s easy to get around from the chowk. Sometimes the parking in the complex gets a bit tight, but we make it work. We’ve been here for some time now and have gotten to know the other people living and working in the flats. It’s a straightforward business we run. We don't spend money on big signs or anything. People who need us usually know where to find us or they get our number from someone else. It’s just us doing our bit every day to keep the trading going smoothly from our little corner of the building.
