Chalk Erp Systems Private Limited is actually run out of a house in Sector 77, specifically H. No. 40 in the Punjab Judges Enclave in Mohali. Working out of a residential area makes the whole vibe very different from a standard office building. It is much quieter here, which helps since we spend all day working on complicated ERP systems. We don’t have a big sign out front or a lobby. It is just a regular house where we have set up our workstations and servers. We are a small, dedicated team and we have known each other for a long time. Most days involve a lot of troubleshooting and making sure data is moving where it should. We like being in the Judges Enclave because it feels safe and calm. We usually have our lunch together in the kitchen area, and it feels more like a family than a company. We aren't trying to be the biggest tech firm in Mohali. We just want to provide software that actually works for the people who use it. There is no corporate polish here. We wear what we want and we speak our minds. Sometimes the neighborhood dogs bark during our meetings, but we just laugh it off. It is an honest, practical way to run a business. We stay focused on the software and try to keep things as simple as possible for ourselves and our clients at Chalk Erp Systems.
