Sundeep Exports

Our place is at 853, Katra Bazirao. It is an old building with very thick walls and high ceilings which helps keep the heat out during the summer. We have been here for a long time and the stone floor is worn down in the spots where we walk the most. We handle exports so there are always wooden crates and rolls of packing tape lying around the place. It is a bit of a mess most days. We have a couple of heavy wooden desks that have been here since the business started. We do not use much technology just a phone and our notebooks. People have to walk through narrow lanes to reach us because cars cannot get through here. We know all the other shopkeepers nearby and we often share news over a cup of tea in the afternoon. Sometimes the shipments are delayed and we just have to sit and wait. We do not have a fancy waiting area for visitors. We just pull up a wooden stool for them. It is an old-school way of doing things but we like it that way. The light comes in through small windows and it gets a bit dark in the corners. We do not have a big team or any marketing. We just pack the goods and send them off to wherever they need to go. It is what we know how to do.
