Our workshop is out in Lohdikalan, right near the City Block on Jabalpur Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the main center, but we like it out here. There’s more room to move the looms and store the materials. It’s a noisy place when the work is in full swing. You can hear the machines and the people talking over the hum. We’ve been at this for a while now. The building is older, with some cracks in the floor, but it does the job. We don’t spend much on decorating the office because we’re usually out on the floor anyway. It’s a practical way to run things. The weather gets really hot in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early. We have a few guys who have been with us for years. They know the rhythm of the place better than anyone. We aren't doing anything revolutionary. We just make carpets and try to stay on schedule. Sometimes the supply trucks are late, and we have to shuffle things around. That’s just how it goes. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just work. It’s a steady life, and we’re glad to be part of the community here near the Jabalpur road. We keep things simple and try not to worry about much else.
