We operate out of Sihora, which is a small place in the Kapadvanj area of Kheda. Our office is actually located at the home of Prabhatgiri Goswami. It’s a very local and personal setup, as you can imagine. We’re a small farmers' producer company, and we don’t see the need for a big glass building in the middle of a city. Being right here in the village means we are close to the fields and the people we work with every day. It’s a bit informal, maybe, but it’s how things actually get done around here. We sit on the porch or in the main room and talk about crops, prices, and the weather. There’s always tea going and someone dropping by to ask for advice or share some news from the next farm over. We handle the paperwork for the small farmers because it’s hard to do all that on your own when you're busy in the fields. It’s a lot of manual record-keeping and phone calls to different places. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who really care about how things are going in Sihora. Life here moves at its own pace, and we move along with it. We aren't looking to change the whole world, just to make things a little better for the folks in our immediate neighborhood. It’s a quiet existence, but it’s important to us.
