You can find Sandeep Gulati at 87-A, Hill Street, near Kath Ka Pul in Meerut. This part of the city has its own character, and Hill Street is always full of people going about their business. The office is located in a spot that’s easy to find if you know where Kath Ka Pul is. It’s a small, functional space where the focus is entirely on the work at hand. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. Usually, there are just a couple of people working quietly at their desks. The floor is made of old stone, and it stays cool even when the Meerut heat is at its worst outside. We handle a lot of paperwork, so there are stacks of files everywhere you look. It’s a bit messy, but there is a system to it that only we really understand. We start the day early before it gets too hot and try to get the most difficult tasks out of the way first. Lunch is often something quick brought from home. We don't really have a corporate culture here; it’s more like a family setting where everyone knows what they need to do. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for years and have seen it change quite a bit, but our office routine stays pretty much the same. It’s just about doing the work and being here for the people who need help with their records.
