Salman Plastic Store

Salman Plastic Store is located at Shop No. 37. We are right at Hapud Chungi, which is a pretty well-known spot. If you’re driving by, you might notice the Moti Mehal Palace nearby; we are just a short distance from there. The shop is filled with all kinds of plastic goods, from small containers to bigger household items. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside because we try to keep a lot of variety for the people who stop in. Hapud Chungi is always moving, with a lot of people passing through on their way somewhere else. We get a mix of locals and folks just passing by the palace. The shop has been here long enough that we know most of the regulars by name. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just open up the shutters every day and see who comes in. Sometimes the kids from the neighborhood come by, or people looking for something specific for their kitchen. It gets a bit dusty being so close to the main road, but we try to keep things tidy. It’s just me and a helper most days, making sure everything is priced right and the stacks don't fall over. It’s a simple life running a shop like this, but it keeps us on our feet and we enjoy the daily chatter with everyone who walks through the door.
