M. L. Sports

You can find M. L. Sports at Shop No. 36 in Mangal Pandey Nagar. We are right on University Road in Sector-8. Since we are so close to the students, the shop is usually full of young people looking for gear. We sell all sorts of things, from cricket bats to footballs and gym clothes. It’s a small shop, so things are stacked pretty high on the shelves. Sometimes you have to move three things just to get to the one you want. I spend most of my day chatting with the customers about the latest matches or which shoes are better for running. It’s a friendly place. We don't go in for high-pressure sales. If we don't have something, I usually just tell people where else they might find it. The walls are covered in posters that have been there for years. The floor gets a bit scuffed up from everyone walking in with their sports shoes. It’s a lively atmosphere, especially in the evenings when the university classes are over. I like the energy that the kids bring in. It keeps things interesting. We keep the shop open six days a week. It’s a lot of work but seeing a kid happy with a new ball makes it worth it. We are just a local shop trying to provide what the neighborhood needs. We don't need any big advertisements to keep going. Word of mouth works just fine for us. We just keep the doors open.
