Leeladhar Caterers & Event Managment Co. operates out of Chauhan Market on Roorkee Road. We’re up on the first floor at Tc-5, right near Pallav Towers in Meerut. Being in Pallav Puram Phase 2 means we are right in the middle of a very active neighborhood. Our days usually start early because catering involves a lot of prep work. You can usually find us sorting through supplies or planning out how to handle the next event on our list. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even when things get stressful. The kitchen gets hot, and the office gets cluttered with folders and checklists, but that’s how we like it. We have been here for a good amount of time and seen the market change around us. Sometimes we’re managing a wedding crowd, and other times it’s just a small local gathering. We don’t go for anything too flashy; we just focus on the food and making sure the decor isn't falling over. It’s honest work, and we put in the hours to make sure we don’t let anyone down. Dealing with people in Meerut is always interesting because everyone has their own specific way of wanting things done. We listen, we take notes, and then we go out and do the work. It’s a lot of running around, but it keeps us on our toes. It's not a corporate gig, just us working hard.
