Mahamaya Jagran Party

We are located right here on Delhi Road in Meerut, specifically in Sector 3. Mahamaya Jagran Party has been around for a while now, and we spend most of our time getting ready for night events and religious gatherings. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a place where we keep our instruments and sound systems. People in the neighborhood know us because we’re often loading up the trucks late at night or early in the morning. Running a jagran group means being okay with not sleeping much. We have a few regular singers and some guys who handle the heavy speakers. The traffic on Delhi Road can be a bit much sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this because we liked the music and the community feel of these events. It is hard work setting up the stage and making sure the lights work properly every single time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a wire snapping or a microphone acting up, but we just fix it and keep going. We aren't some big corporate entity; it’s just a group of us who know how to put these programs together. If you walk past 1B/224, you'll probably see some of our stuff sitting out. We focus on getting the job done and making sure the atmosphere is right for the gathering. It’s just how we make our living here in Meerut.
