Excel Phosphates Pvt Ltd is spread across Plot No. 185, 195, and 196 in Sector- 3 of Shatabdi Nagar. We are located in the Industrial Area, right near the Delhi Road. It is a large site because of the nature of the phosphates we handle. There is always a lot of activity going on here. You’ll see workers in overalls and trucks coming in to pick up loads at all hours. It is not a quiet place at all. The air usually smells a bit like the materials we process. We have been at this location for many years, and the facility has grown as we added more space. It is a purely industrial setup. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors. Most people who come here are either truck drivers or suppliers. Our office is a simple room with some old desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on the daily production schedule and making sure everything is moving according to plan. The heat from the machinery can make it a tough place to work during the peak of summer. We all just get on with it though. We are a bit of a distance from the main city, so most of us eat lunch together in the break area. It is a hard-working environment without any of the extra polish you find in city offices. We just do our work and go home at the end of the shift. That’s how it has always been here.
