Our team is located in Uttar Pradesh, specifically in the 250110 area. It’s a busy part of the state and we spend a lot of time out in the field. We handle the telecom side of things for this region. Most of us have been working together for a few years now. The office isn't anything special, just a place to store our gear and meet up before heading out. We don't spend much time sitting at desks because there is always a site that needs looking at. It can get pretty hot during the summer months here, which makes the outdoor work a bit tough. We just get on with it though. Everyone knows their job and we try to help each other out when things get complicated. Communications are important for everyone in the area so we feel the pressure to keep things working right. It’s not about being the biggest or anything, just about being reliable when someone’s phone stops working. We don't go in for big meetings or long speeches. Usually, it's just a quick chat in the morning and then we are off. The work is steady and it keeps the lights on. We like being part of the local scene in UP. It’s a good place to be based for this kind of technical maintenance work. It keeps us on our toes every day.
