We are based here at B 3 Samrat Palace on Garh Road in Meerut. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. Most of us here at Capgemini Consulting India Pvt Ltd have been in this office for a while now. It isn't some fancy glass building, just a regular space where we get things done. We spend a lot of time on our computers, dealing with various projects that come our way. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates a bit, which is just how it goes in this part of Meerut. There’s a small tea stall just down the road where we usually go during our breaks to stretch our legs and get some fresh air. It’s nice to step out and see the local shops and the people walking by. Inside the office, it’s mostly just rows of desks and the sound of people talking or typing. We don’t really have any big ceremonies or anything. We just show up, do the work we need to do for the day, and then head home. Usually, there’s some talk about cricket or what’s for lunch during the quiet moments. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows each other’s names and a bit about their families. It’s not a complicated setup, but it works for us. We try to keep things organized, though papers sometimes pile up on the corners of the desks.
