Co-Ed Institute

Co-Ed Institute is located at Shop No 1 on the first floor. We are right on the Main Roorkee Road in Modipuram. It’s a busy spot near the PAC Nala. Since we are on the first floor, you have to walk up a narrow set of stairs to get to us. The view from the window is just the main road and all the trucks going by towards Roorkee. It gets a bit dusty being so close to the road, so I’m always wiping down the tables. The room is decent-sized, and I’ve tried to arrange the chairs so everyone can see the front clearly. I usually spend my lunch break just sitting there watching the traffic. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. I brought in some old steel cupboards to keep the files and records in. The PAC Nala is a landmark everyone knows, so nobody ever gets lost looking for us. Being in Modipuram means we get a mix of people from different parts of the outskirts. I start my day by checking if the water cooler is filled up. It’s a basic necessity when you have people sitting in a room for hours. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a calendar and a clock. It’s a functional space where we get the work done. I’ve been in this shop for a couple of years now and it feels like a second home.
